We have not yet verified Ethiopia entry and visa rules against an official source, so we do not publish them. Rules vary by passport and change; confirm with the Ethiopian authorities before planning.

- Visa and entry rules by passport, including the electronic visa and what is required on arrival: to confirm with an official Ethiopian source.
- Health requirements, including vaccination and the altitude of Addis Ababa, which is above two thousand metres and affects arrivals: to confirm with an official source.
- Security and access by region. Conditions are NOT uniform and several regions have been subject to advisories and movement restrictions. We do not publish a single national safety level.
