1. The service
Verde Wave sells prepaid eSIM data plans (data only, no voice or number) for selected destinations, supplied through international wholesale partners. The service is operated by [LEGAL NAME, TAX ID, ADDRESS — to be filled].
2. Purchase and delivery
Payment is processed by Stripe (card, MB Way, Multibanco). Once payment is confirmed, the install QR code is sent to the email provided, usually in under 3 minutes. Multibanco payments may take longer to confirm.
3. Compatibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm their device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. If in doubt, contact us before buying.
4. Refunds
Working guarantee: if the eSIM does not work at your destination and our team cannot resolve it, we refund the amount paid. See the Refund Policy.
5. Partners and affiliates
Some links on the site are affiliate links (insurance, visas, lounges, car rental, among others): we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partner services are contracted directly with those partners, under their terms.
