Refund Policy

Our promise is simple: if the eSIM does not work at your destination, we give you your money back.
When we refund
- The eSIM does not activate at the destination and our support cannot fix it within 24h;
- You purchased and the QR was not delivered;
- You bought by mistake and the eSIM has not been installed yet — request within 14 days.
When we cannot refund
- The data plan has already been fully or substantially used;
- The device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked (check before buying — we help if unsure);
- The plan’s validity period has already ended.
How to request
Reply to your order email or contact us on WhatsApp. Refunds are processed by Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
